There is a small sandy beach ideal for snorkeling 5 mins. drive from the villa which is popular with the local Greeks on a Sunday.
The ground floor of this spacious villa is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and washing machine. The lounge/dining area has seating areas for up to 6 people and the lounge facilities include a TV/DVD and CD player. The covered balconies have dining and seating areas. There is a shower room/WC on this floor. A wood burning stove has been installed for cosy evenings in the winter months.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room: one master bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bed room. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and also shares another larger balcony with the twin bed room which has panoramic sea and mountain views and dining furniture. A large sail on this balcony provides shade while relaxing on one of the luxury wooden steamer chairs.
The 40m² pool has a paddling section and adjoining dining area with panoramic views of Souda Bay and the White Mountains. This villa is suitable for families with young children, as not only is there a children’s pool but the balconies on the ground floor are walled and restrict unaccompanied access to the pool area. There is a child’s travel cot and high chair available for use.
The villa is within walking distance of the taverna in Kokkino Chorio’s village square near the mini market. In Almyrida you will find a variety of tavernas, bars and shops and a sandy (Blue Flag) beach with facilities for sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. The beach is ideal for snorkeling and the harbour is great for fishing.
