The villa is fully central heated so it is a good choice for a stay at the beginning or end of season when the evenings may turn chilly and heating may be required.
Entering the house via a covered terraced area the ground floor is open plan with a well equipped modern kitchen containing a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is furnished for total relaxation with 2 leather recliner chairs with foot stools and 2 two seater sofas, music system with IPod speaker system and TV/DVD/Video. The room leads directly through patio doors to breathtaking views of Souda Bay. There is a library of DVDs, videos and books for your use. Adjacent to the dining area there is private area with another 2 seater sofa bed for extra guests which does not restrict the flow of the room should it be kept open as a bed. The dining room table seats 6 people. Also downstairs is a large wet room and WC.
Upstairs the master bedroom leads out onto a shared balcony with another double room where you can enjoy the panoramic views and majestic sunsets.
