Apo Petra Villa is a beautiful luxury traditional stone villa set on the foot slopes of Drapanokefalas Mountain in Kokkino Chorio. Apo Petra means from stone. This villa is perfect for an extended family. On the first floor you will find a spacious master bedroom leading onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views. This bedroom has a king size bed plus a wrought iron daybed, a travel cot and double wardrobes.   Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a large shower room with beautiful porcelain tiles.   On the ground floor there is another double bedroom with a king size bed and patio doors leading onto a covered terrace. There is a separate shower room.

The lounge area with patio doors opening onto stunning views of Souda Bay is furnished with comfortable, soft, cream leather settees – 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 chair.   There is a TV/DVD in every room and a Playstation is available for entertainment in the lounge, asa well as Sky TV, a video recorder and a portable music station for your Ipod.   A stone archway separates the living area from the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with a bread maker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.   The washing machine is located in the upstairs shower room, as is usual in Greek homes.   There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and also the lounge area, plus central heating for chilly nights in early spring or the winter season. There is a modern extending dining table to seat 6 people and also alfresco dining facilities on the shaded terrace at the front of the house, overlooking the swimming pool with spectacular sea views. The front terrace has a side gate with a set of steps leading out to the front of the property and down to the pool.

The pool area is situated in front of the house with fantastic views of Souda Bay and the White Mountains. This is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the amazing sunsets and admire the canopy of stars at night. Luxury sunbeds and umbrellas provide a relaxing area around the pool which is enclosed by railings for child safety. The pool is 40m² with two sets of tiled steps and ladder steps into the pool. The depth is graduated from approx 1m to 1.6m.    There is a shower by the pool.

The blue flag beach of Almyryda is only an 8 minute drive away with it's gentle sloping sand and plentiful amenities. There is a secluded cove just 4 minutes away and, Plaka with it's selection of tavernas and mini market is just a 5 minute drive.
