Three traditionally-built two-storey stone houses with a basement are currently being completed on a beautiful hill overlooking the entire village of Sirili, Chania in western Crete. Each home has commanding views of the mountains and sea in the distance. Extra care has been taken in the finishing of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area thus creating a warm welcoming environment for both owner and their visitors. For the home owner who resides throughout the winter, an open fireplace is provided for warmth and a cozy atmosphere.
Special old stone-building and plastering techniques have been used thus ensuring authenticity of style for the area. Each home has an allocation of wooded land with many olive and almond trees. Careful preservation of the trees has been maintained during the building process.
