Provisional bookings for holidays in Crete will be accepted on-line. Availability of selected accommodation will be confirmed by e-mail. On receipt of the confirmation e-mail a deposit of 20% should be paid immediately to secure the booking. The reservation of accommodation will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. The balance plus a refundable bond of 200pounds if there have been no breakages, will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival date and by the date specified in the confirmation of booking. If payments are not received on agreed dates we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation charges will apply as detailed in our Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted within 10 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full at time of confirmation of booking. We accept payment by PayPal.

Changes to your holiday

Any changes that you may wish to make to your booking after the confirmation invoice has been issued are subject to an administration fee of £20 per person. We will endeavor to assist you should the need for changes arise. Any costs incurred by us with regards to other persons in relation to any changes will be passed on to you.

Any changes requested within 10 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation of the booking and cancellation charges will apply unless such changes can be achieved with minimal cost and inconvenience.

Cancellation by You

We recommend that you purchase holiday insurance. In the event of cancellation by you, up to 10 weeks before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit money and cancellation less than 10 weeks prior to arrival date will incur the full cost of the booking.

Changes or Cancellation by the Company

In the event of changes due to unforeseen circumstances by the Company, we will contact you immediately and arrange alternative arrangements where possible. This Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with your holiday caused by any circumstances outside the responsibility and control of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to: Acts of God, adverse weather conditions, fire, civil disturbance, strikes or industrial action, acts of government, failure of public supplies (e.g. water and electricity), failure of local transport to convey clients to their departure/destination, failure of mechanical equipment e.g. air conditioning and boilers. However, we will make all reasonable efforts to limit and repair any such loss or damage. The conditions imposed by all carriers shall be accepted by the client and are available on request. In the event of a booking cancellation by the Company, the maximum refund or compensation that will be paid will be the amount of money previously paid to us by the client. No compensation will be paid in addition to a full refund.

Our Responsibility

The Company acts as a booking agent for the relevant suppliers of accommodation, car hire and other services. We do not own or operate car hire or any other services offered. Therefore, the client and the Company are bound by the contractual conditions of the relevant suppliers. For this reason we cannot accept liability for any loss, damages, costs, claims or injuries of whatsoever nature. In no event does the Company accept liability for any business losses or losses of profit.

The Company is responsible for providing the holiday as confirmed and to a reasonable standard. The properties have been selected for their location and facilities. The Company takes care to ensure that the accommodation is maintained and services are provided to a high standard, complying will all local laws and conventions where appropriate. The Company have made every effort to ensure that descriptions of accommodation and amenities are accurate but we will not be liable in the event that any aspect of the holiday fails for reasons outside our control. The accommodation is strictly for the use of the clients as shown on the booking form and any sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited.

Your Responsibility

Clients are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same condition as when they arrived at the property at the beginning of their holiday. Any breakages should be reported to our local representative and paid for locally.

For the duration of your holiday, you are responsible for behaving in a manner that does not cause any damage, inconvenience or distress to properties and their owners, other guests, suppliers and their employees, our own staff or neighbours of the properties.

Clients should note that although the Company will supply, free of charge, usage of cots and high chairs, the Company will not supply bed linen, pillows, blankets, etc nor will the Company be responsible for the laundering of such items.

It is the Client’s responsibility to make their own travel arrangements and to ensure they have adequate holiday and travel insurance.

Pricing and Exchange Rates

The price of your accommodation as shown on your confirmation letter is guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. We reserve the right to alter the prices on our website at any time.

Arrival and Departure times

Your villa will be available for you from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
